When will my order be shipped?
Usually within 48 hours of receipt. Custom orders and packages may take up to a week to ship but we’ll do our best to expedite. During pre-holiday periods, new product launches, or other busy times, we may experience delays – if so, we’ll notify you by email.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation after you complete your order. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours.
May I cancel my order?

Of course, as long as you contact us before the order has shipped.

May I add an item to my order?

Of course, as long as you contact us before the order has shipped. We’ll submit an invoice for the additional costs.

May I call you with my order?
Unfortunately, we currently don’t have the capacity to complete telephone orders/payments. All orders are processed through our online store.
How many items can be shipped in one package?

Due to our flat rate shipping restrictions, we are limited to 7 roller bottles per package. If you wish to order more than 7 bottles, please submit an additional order.

May I place an international order?
Currently we only have the capability to ship within the United States. Please check back as we expand our operations.
How do I choose the best product for me?

Tune into your inner guidance. Try this: close your eyes, take a few slow deep breaths while you place your hand on your heart. Don’t overthink or over-analyze. Just breathe and trust that when you open your eyes, your focus will be guided to what is most appropriate for you. Of course, you get to choose to follow that nudge or not…Feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

What is your Return policy?
We don’t accept any returns unless the product is damaged during shipping. We don’t expect you to return damaged items but please take photographs and contact us. Photos will support our interactions with the shipping agent.
May I get my product container refilled?

No, we cannot refill your used containers but we DO encourage you to be creative. Use your own essential oils and carrier oil. Just pop off the rollerball top (a paper towel stabilizes it) and re-secure it before use. Your crystal retains Light Codes for your Highest Intention and awaits your direction. Simply re-activate it with your intention after refilling the bottle. If you forget how to activate your treasure, just look online for the directions.

That being said, our essential and carrier oils, bottles and other components are cleared and amplified for the highest potency. There are no regulations for essential oils so please beware of oils that are not therapeutic grade. Sadly, 100% “natural” or “pure” on some labels can be misleading. 

How do I activate and use my blends?

Activation instructions are included in the order and online. There is no wrong way to do this. No need to re-activate the crystal unless you choose a different intention/affirmation.

Gently shake the blend prior to each use. Our blends are well blended. While most individuals experience no issues, if you have sensitive skin use care when applying the products for the first time. Gently shake the bottle before use and apply a tiny amount to your inner arm.

Avoid applying to areas that may be exposed to direct sunlight.

Do not ingest, apply to eyes, face or to any mucous membranes.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. However, we do create special blends for two and four-legged little ones. Overall, safety first!

How long does the crystal stay charged and what do I do with it after the bottle is empty?

Once the crystal is Light Encoded, it’s ready for your personal activation. Our team etherically reactivates the coding sequence monthly on your behalf. Essentially, there is no expiration on energy potential.

After your bottle is empty, refill the bottle with your own oils (see above). Or take out the crystal and wash with soap and water. Then carry it with you in your pocket or wallet, place it near your bed or place it in your water to amplify it (take care not to swallow your crystal).

How do I store the products?
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Store away from electrical devices like routers or cell phones to avoid deactivation of the crystal. If exposed to electrical signals, simply re-activate the crystal.
Are there any safe use guidelines with health conditions or pregnancy?

If you have any health concerns or questions, we recommend that you consult your healthcare provider or doing your own research before purchasing any of our products. We cannot suggest use of essential oils during pregnancy and certain oils are contraindicated for those with allergies to the listed ingredients, seizure disorder or high blood pressure.

Please be aware that products should be used with care if you have sensitive skin. Avoid applying to areas that may be exposed to direct sunlight. Do not ingest, apply to eyes, face or to mucous membranes.
